Here at Dash Posh Boutique, our main goal is to serve our loyal customers. But, If you're not satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it. If you think that you've received a defective item, you may contact our customer service within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent an incorrect item or are missing items from your order, please call us or email our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that fixed for you!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- We accept returns for online credit within 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order. The online credit should be used on anything in the site; remaining balance credit is not carried over. If the new purchase price is higher than the online credit only the balance is owed in which you ill pay the difference.
- Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Return Credits are processed within 10-14 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued all together.
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Include your original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
At times things happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We definitely understand and we are here to help in every way possible, but you must contact us immediately! Dash Posh is always on top of orders in timely fashion, which means we pack and ship orders right way! Once the order is processed (usually within 2-4 hours) we are unable to make any changes to your order.
